Still Point Weekend Yoga Retreats
Still Point Weekend Yoga Retreats are offered once or twice a month at the Still Point Centre.
The retreats are hosted by a certified instructor who leads four yoga classes over the weekend. The schedule for the retreat includes yoga, meditation, and a variety of pleasurable activities. The focus is on wellness and spirituality. Guests are invited to participate or create their own activities.
Healthy and delicious meals are included with the weekend package.
