Schedule of Activities for Weekend Retreats

The activities that are scheduled at Still Point Yoga Retreat Centre vary depending on the desire and interest of the guests. Nothing is mandatory. Just relax and enjoy your stay.

Friday:
Arrive anytime after lunch. Because many people work Friday, don't worry if you can't arrive until later in the day. Hopefully, we will see you in time for the evening meal.

  • 4:00 PM  Yoga asanas
  • 6:00 PM  Karma Yoga (kitchen help)
  • 6:30 PM  Dinner
  • 7:30 PM  Meditation Walk
  • 8:30 PM  Satsang

Saturday:
You are welcome to join in any or all of the scheduled events. Or, plan your own activities.

  • 6:45 AM   Wake up and tea
  • 7:30 AM   Meditation
  • 8:00 AM   Yoga Class
  • 10:00 AM  Brunch
  • 4:00 PM   Yoga class
  • 6:00 PM   Karma Yoga (kitchen help)
  • 6:30 PM   Dinner
  • 7:30 PM   Meditation Walk
  • 8:30 PM   Satsang

If there are any workshops or special events they can take place between brunch and 4:00 PM yoga.

Sunday:
The Sunday morning schedule is the same as Saturday. There is optional yoga at 1:30 PM before departure.
