You are invited to enjoy some time for health, sharing and beauty at STILL POINT on the Bay of Quinte. Previous Yoga experience is not necessary. All that is needed is a positive attitude. Group meditations, asana classes, vegetarian meals, leisure time, workshops, satsang and more….. These are quality, co-operative retreats hosted by a certified instructor.
Come and deepen your practice or for Rest and Relaxation.
The retreats run from Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon.
The rates are reasonable but the spaces are limited.
